The Lake Area Scouts and Guides (Järvi-Suomen Partiolaiset ry) is one of Finnish scout districts which has been founded at end of year 2007. It covers former provincial scout districts of Southern Savonia, Northern Savonia, Central Finland, North Karelia and Kainuu.
There are about 5700 members in 143 local scout groups. Each troop have usually 30-130 members and them are boy, girl or joint groups
The Lake Area Scouts and Guides is supporting our local scout troops to arrange scout program of high quality by arranging different kind of scout training and events.
